Pasta By Hand is independently operated from Hong Kong SAR. For corrections, privacy requests, permissions, or general questions, email contact@pastabyhand.com.

There is no contact form, postal correspondence address, telephone support, or emergency service. Email is optional, and you should not include identity documents, payment details, medical records, or other sensitive information. The mailbox must be tested end to end after the site is deployed.

Report a recipe problem

A useful report should identify the article title, flour type, ingredient weights, room conditions where relevant, and the step at which the problem appeared. A photograph of the dough or seam can help the editor understand the issue; avoid including faces or unrelated personal details.

A correction report is not a food-safety emergency service. If food has been stored unsafely, do not wait for an editorial reply to decide whether to serve it. Consult the relevant local food-safety authority. For an allergic reaction or urgent health concern, seek appropriate emergency assistance.

Permissions and commercial inquiries

Requests to reuse text or images should identify the material and intended use. The website’s name does not confer any relationship with third-party recipe publishers or equipment manufacturers. No affiliate arrangement or product-review testing has been confirmed for this collection.
